Modalities

• Registration is must to access repository database as well as to deposit and request material
• Online request and deposition forms speed up the processing
• However, the transaction will not proceed unless hardcopy forms signed by the authorized person are submitted at the Repository
• Deposition is complete after receipt of the material, verification of the material and the voucher information, assigning accession number and the actual storage
• Supply is taken up after approval of the request (subject to availability) after the minimum processing time
